Industrial and equipment use

Not just for cameras.

CFast 2.0 is not just a camera card. Customers use this reader to:

  • Industrial PCs: back up and restore the removable CFast boot cards in industrial PCs, for example for Beckhoff CX-series embedded PCs and B&R Automation PCs.
  • Broadcast recorders: offload CFast 2.0 cards for Blackmagic HyperDeck Extreme recorders.

Tip for boot cards: industrial boot cards often hold partitions your computer cannot open. Use a sector-level imaging tool, restore only to a card the same size or larger, and follow your equipment maker's card requirements. If your computer asks to format the card, click Cancel.
