Tell us your reader model, memory card, computer or device, and order number if you have it. We respond within one business day, often sooner.

Returns and exchanges
You can request a return within 30 days of delivery. Opened readers are welcome. Contact support with your order number and a short description before returning an item.
Changed your mind?
Return the reader undamaged with all included accessories. Original packaging is not required. You pay return shipping. Customer-caused damage is not eligible for a change-of-mind return.
Defective or incorrect item?
If your item is defective, arrived damaged, or we sent the wrong item, contact us. We provide a prepaid return label for a replacement or refund.
Refund timing
Refunds go to the original payment method within 3 to 5 business days after we receive the return. Your bank may take additional time to show the credit.
Reader warranty
Readers carry a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects from the purchase date. Register within 60 days of purchase to extend coverage to 3 years. This includes the SD reader’s supplied specialty cable.
For a covered defect, we provide a replacement. If the same model is unavailable, we can provide an equivalent replacement. Customer-caused damage is not covered. Contact support with proof of purchase and a description of the issue.
MOLLE pouch warranty
The MOLLE pouch has a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects. No registration extension applies.
